Heat Waves Page 6
Each plunge harder and fiercer than the one before. Vicki’s moans grew in tone, the muscles in her belly constricted, and Cole felt the effects of it clamping tightly around his penis. The animal in him released as his fingers seized a large clump of hair and yanked it, causing her to arch her back and gasp desperately for air. Her body shivered and shook beneath him, and Cole knew she was close, so close that he drove into her pussy like a man possessed, deeper and harder, determined to make her come like she’d never come before.
“Let it go, Vicki,” he hissed.
A frenzied need of pure animalistic desire coursed to every corner of his body. He watched Vicki lose all control from the feeling of his cock sliding in and out of her hot, tight body. She looked so beautiful surrendering to him, and he could no longer suppress the need to explode, to release the sexual tension that had been brewing inside him all day long.
Vicki grabbed him by the back of the head and pulled his mouth to hers. Her kiss was vicious and filled with a hungry need, growling and hissing into his mouth. She bit down hard on his lip, and, as though it was a trigger to his groin, Cole grunted and erupted, spilling his warm seed inside her.
“Don’t you love not knowing what will happen next? Taking that risk and going with the flow?” she chuckled breathlessly; as did Cole, just as he collapsed his sweat-slickened body on top of hers.
Day had turned to night, and the last sliver of sunlight disappeared into the ocean, and the ocean diminished into the distance, as they drove away from the cliff edge. The air had cooled somewhat, and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore below them turned faint. They sat in silence as Vicki drove them back to the bar where they had first meet earlier that day. It wasn’t an uncomfortable silence; it was a calm, blissful quietness. The dulcet sound of Portishead’s “Glory Box” played subtly from the speakers, adding to the serene atmosphere surrounding Vicki and Cole.
It had been most definitely an exciting, fun-filled, and very eventful day for Cole, and, as they pulled up outside the bar, he was hesitant to leave. He glanced up at the building where, tomorrow, he would be back, once again, living that empty lifestyle. However. Vicki saw the distant look of resignation on his face and in his eyes.
“Just remember that life is a rollercoaster sometimes, and then remember how much fun you can have on that rollercoaster if you let yourself go once in a while. Take a risk.”
She stretched across to the passenger seat and planted a lingering kiss on his cheek, leaving behind a red lipstick mark. “Take care, Cole,” she smiled, and an unwilling Cole forced himself out of the car.
“Will I see you again?”
“Was that a question, Cole?” she asked, with a lopsided smirk on her face. Vicki threw him one last wink before she drove off, leaving Cole wondering what would happen next.
The End... or is it?
About Carrie Anne Ward
Carrie Anne Ward grew up in the seaside resort Clacton on sea in Essex, England, with her mum and two brothers until she was 16 years old. She then moved with her mother to Colchester (where she still lives to this day) and went on to study Art and Design at the Colchester institute. However, after recovering from the illness glandular fever, which meant she couldn’t finish her degree, she went out into the world to become a working class citizen and a glamour model on the side.
For many years she wrote stories in her spare time, mostly horrors or supernatural, but never felt the passion to take it further. Her love for literature at school didn’t, at that point, over take her love of Art, but as she grew older her passion in writing surpass any other desire she ever had.
Her passion for writing over the years grew excessively (mostly erotica) and when BDSM erotic books took the world by storm, she finally found the genre in which she wanted to write about. So being a real submissive, Carrie decided to take the experiences she has had and combined them with her imagination, to create a story. So at the age of 33 she fulfilled her dream to become a writer by releasing her debut novel A Taylor Made Student, the first book of 3 from The Taylor Made Series.

It Happened in Vegas
Sharon Cummin
Rachel let out an excited laugh as she opened the door to Bally's Hotel in Las Vegas and stepped inside. It was her first trip to Sin City, and she was looking forward to it. Her friends Jen and Tina had taken her there to celebrate her divorce. It was a beautiful, hot summer day. Rachel had planned to have the time of her life.
Rachel had married her high school sweetheart, just after college. He was a lawyer and she was a teacher. She had been happy, and dedicated to her wonderful husband. Rachel had thought they would be together forever, until she walked in early from work one day, and found him and his secretary together in their bed. She was devastated. Rachel had always wanted children, but he had kept telling her the time was not right. She’d left him, and was all alone. He fought the divorce, but she just wanted to be rid of him. Finally, as the weeks turned to months, she gave in. Rachel gave him everything except for her clothes and her car.
Her friends told her to keep fighting, but she could not stand having to deal with him any longer. She could not believe the man that she had loved, and dedicated her life to, could hurt her so badly. He definitely was not the man she had thought he was. Rachel vowed that she would never get serious with another man. It hurt her so much, having to start her life over again with nothing. They had both worked very hard, and she had given it all up for her freedom from him. It hurt so bad to be treated like that, but she was determined to have a good time with her friends. From that moment on, her life would be filled with unattached sex and fun. At thirty five years old, she was starting over.
Rachel grabbed her friends, one on each arm, and headed for the desk to check in. It was still early, and they were happy that there was a room available. They got their room keys and were on their way. They would only be in Vegas for one night, and were going to take advantage of every moment. As they put their stuff in the room, they grabbed out their swim wear and hurried to change. The pool was going to be their first stop.
Tina had talked Rachel into getting a bikini for the trip. Rachel had been nervous about it. She usually wore one piece bathing suits. Her friend convinced her that she would never see anyone from Vegas again. It was time for her to step it up. Rachel was five feet nine inches tall. She had long, straight brown hair, and blue eyes. Her long legs seemed to be one of her best features, from what she had been told. Her ex-husband had always liked her plump rear, and had told her she had perfect curves. She felt confident in her figure. It just felt strange to have so much skin exposed in her purple bikini.
Rachel was happy that her divorce was finally over with, but she was also very nervous to get out into the dating world. She had only ever really had one boyfriend, so her sexual experience was pretty limited. The thought of dating or being naked in front of a man made her nervous. If there was a place to put it all out there and just do it, Vegas was that place. She wanted to take advantage of the whole situation; the ‘What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas’ thing. Rachel figured it was best to be intimate with a man on her trip. When she went home, she wouldn't be as nervous about being intimate and dating. If she could just get past her nerves and make it happen, she would be able to have a good time.
Tina flung the door open to the pool area.
“Let the fun begin,” she shouted.
Jen and Rachel shook their heads as they walked behind her. Tina had always been the loudest and most outgoi
ng of the three. Rachel laughed, and threw her towel onto a chair in the shade. Her two friends took the chairs next to hers. The three ladies quickly got into the pool. They laughed and joked and had a great time. It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining, and Rachel could feel the warmth on her skin. Summer was her favorite season. She loved the hot Vegas weather.
Tina went up to the bar to get them each a drink. Rachel looked up at the bar, and noticed a man with a laptop sitting on a chair, looking over at them. He had sunglasses on, so she could not tell exactly where he was looking. He couldn't have been looking at her, could he? She did not move her eyes away from him, as she tried to figure out if he was looking at her and her friends. Finally, after a couple of minutes, he smiled. She laughed and looked away. Rachel felt the nerves flutter in her belly. She was usually pretty quiet and shy. Tina grabbed the drinks from the bar and walked back toward the pool. The man got up from his chair, walked to the bar, talked to the bartender, and then sat back down. Rachel noticed the very nice looking man glance over again, and she laughed. The three girls laughed and played around in the water, while they drank their drinks. When they were done with the drinks, they got out and relaxed back in their chairs.
“Rachel, it's your turn. Go up to the bar and get us some drinks,” Tina said. “Make sure you pass by Mr. Hottie up there. He has been checking you out the whole time.”
“Shut up,” Rachel scolded. “You don't have to talk so loud.”
Tina laughed, and jokingly smacked Rachel on the ass as she walked past her to the bar, where she ordered the three drinks.
“The gentleman over there has paid for your drinks,” the bartender said, as he pointed to the man that had smiled at Rachel.
Rachel laughed. She picked up the drinks and walked over to her friends. She told them that Mr. Hottie had bought them each a drink. Tina turned and looked at the guy.
“Thanks,” Tina shouted, with a smile.
He nodded and waved.
The three girls laughed as they finished drinking.
“Do you want to go to the spa with us, Rachel?” Tina asked. “We are going to get massages, and enjoy the hot tub and sauna.”
“I would rather just stay at the pool. You know I don't want a stranger rubbing me,” Rachel said. “I will meet you back at the room. If I'm not there, text me, and I will let you know where to find me.”
“Are you sure?” Jen asked. “We don't want to leave you alone at your own divorce party.”
“I am fine right here. I'm having a great time,” Rachel replied.
Tina and Jen wrapped their towels around them and grabbed their things. They laughed, saying, “see ya later,” to Rachel, and were on their way. Rachel was actually happy to have some time to herself. She loved her friends, but relaxing in the pool alone sounded really good.
Rachel got into the pool and sat down on the ledge at the side. She leaned back and put her head down on the cement. It was such a beautiful summer day. It felt so nice to have the warmth of the sun on her skin. A few minutes later, she felt the water move against her. She opened her eyes just a little, and saw the man that had been sitting with the laptop walking toward her in the water. She hurried to close her eyes, before he saw her looking over at him. Damn, he was hotter than she’d thought. She had gotten a quick look at his shirtless chest. Rachel felt a smile form on her lips, as she thought about him. Was he really looking at her earlier?
“What are you smiling about?” the man asked, as he got closer to her.
She sat up, opened her eyes, and looked at him.
“What?” she asked, as she pretended not to know what he was talking about.
“Where did your friends go?” he asked.
“They went to check out the spa and get massages,” she replied, as she checked out his sexy build.
She could not believe how good the guy looked. He had looked cute sitting on the chair, but was a whole different level of cuteness standing next to her without a shirt on. He had sandy brown hair, gorgeous blue eyes, muscular shoulders and arms, and a chiselled chest. She had to stop the drool from slipping from the side of her mouth. He was gorgeous.
“I'm Cliff,” he said, with a smile.
“My name is Rachel Reynolds. Thanks for the drinks,” she replied, with a smile.
Rachel was feeling a little tipsy already. Not being a big drinker, and the heat beating down on her skin, had not helped. She was feeling very comfortable talking to Mr. Hottie.
“What brings you to Vegas? Is it a bachelorette party, girl's weekend, or are your men off doing something else?” he asked.
Rachel laughed.
“More like a divorce party,” she replied. “What about you? Are you here with your wife, girlfriend, or just the guys?”
“Business trip,” he said. “I leave tomorrow. How long are you here for?”
“We got here this morning, and we leave late tomorrow night,” she replied.
“What does your man think of you being here for a divorce party?” Cliff asked.
Rachel snickered. Was he trying to see if she had a man? How cute, she thought.
“I don't think he would really care,” she said. “He got everything in the divorce. I think he's pretty happy.”
“This is your divorce party, then?” he asked. “I'm sorry about that.”
“Don't be,” she replied, as she laughed. “You're not the one who slept with his secretary. I'm fine. It was over a year ago. My life is a million times better now.”
“He is the one missing out. Have you ever been to Vegas before?” he asked.
“No,” she answered. “It looks like so much fun. This is the first thing we have done. I am looking forward to checking out some casinos. I am definitely going to come back again one day.”
“You are only here for one day?” he said. “What are your plans for the night?”
“We are not sure yet,” Rachel said. “They will be at the spa for hours. We will probably just check out a couple of casinos, have dinner, and go to a club. My friends have been here several times together. They think a crazy, drunken night is what I need to kick off my single life.”
“You don't sound very excited about that,” he said.
“The whole party scene is not really for me,” she replied. “I would rather look around Vegas or do something less crazy.”
“Why don't you spend the evening with me?” he asked. “I would love to take you to dinner. We can go see a show, too, if you would like. I think Elton John is across the street at Caesar’s Palace. What do you think?”
“I'm not sure,” she said, as she looked at him.
“You seem like a nice person,” Cliff said. “I will be a perfect gentleman. I promise.”
He gave her a puppy dog look, and she laughed.
“Okay. This is Vegas. It will be nice to have an evening out,” she said.
“Who knows,” he said, as he laughed. “Maybe it will even be fun.”
They stayed in the pool for a while longer and talked. She could not help looking over his amazing body. He told her he was going to go back to his room, to finish his work, and get ready. He would pick her up at her room at four o'clock. Cliff went back to where his chair was to get dressed. Rachel could not help but watch his gorgeous ass as he walked across the pool area. He grabbed his stuff, said something to the bartender, and waved as he exited the area.
Rachel was excited for her evening with Cliff. She had not dated anyone since she had left her husband. She’d wanted to stay completely unattached until her court appearances were over. There was no way she was going to give Jake, her ex, anything bad to say about her. The divorce had just finalized a few days before the trip. Just as Rachel was going to get out of the pool, the bartender brought her a drink.
“Your guy friend ordered this for you,” he said.
“Thank you,” she replied as she accepted the drink.
She took it back to her chair, sat back, and relaxed while she sipped on the drink her new friend had
bought her. She was hoping her friends would not be mad at her for making plans. After a good, long soak in the sun, Rachel threw some clothes over her bikini, and went back to her room to get ready.
Rachel took a shower, did her hair and makeup, and put on a very pretty pink summer dress. She had not planned to go anywhere nice, so she was glad Tina had talked her into bringing the dress with her.
Her two friends walked through the hotel room door, laughing and giggling. They stopped as soon as they saw her looking so cute.
“Where are you going?” Tina asked.
“Remember Mr. Hottie at the pool?” she asked, as they nodded their heads. “He is taking me out for dinner.”
“No way,” Jen said. “That is so great. You didn't even need us here to have a good time.”
“He came over to me after you two left, and we talked for over an hour. He seems really nice. We are going to dinner and a show.”
“So you are dumping us for some guy?” Tina asked, pretending to be mad. “Have a great time. We want all the dirt in the morning.”
“I am so glad you are not mad. He was really sweet. It's not going to be like that,” Rachel said. “You know I'm not sleeping with him. You are so bad.”
There was a knock at the door, and Tina ran to get it. Rachel pushed her aside, opened the door, slid out, and closed it behind her.
“What was that about?” Cliff asked, with a smile.
“You don't need to talk to my friends. They are something else. I am sure they would say something to embarrass me,” she said, as she looked him over. “You look really nice.”
